PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM: I understand that ordering multiple services such as mixing screen print + embroidery, or adding other finishes, will extend the turnaround time. Turnaround time will be included in your quote. Turnaround time officially starts once payment has been submitted and details have been confirmed by you. Once confirmed, no changes can be made during the order process. If you are in need of a rush service, rush fees may apply.
PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM: I understand that if I am providing my own garments (contract order), I should include 5% more for any misprint allowance on all jobs per industry standards. If contract order garments are misprinted, ODD is not responsible for replacing these garments or refunding cost of the garment, only the service provided if approved by sales manager. Contract orders should also arrive to ODD bulk packaged, clearly labeled and separated by the logo that is going on them. If ODD is left responsible to divide up garments, there will be a fee applied.
PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM: I understand artwork must be provided in vector format (EPS, PDF, AI, etc) Any artwork submitted in raster or low resolution formats will require vectoring by ODD and is subject to a design fee.
